REFUND & RETURN POLICY (FOR PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS)

Because our products are printed on demand, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Customer error in shipping address
  • Disliking the style after receiving the item

However, we absolutely want our customers to love their order.

We Will Replace or Refund If:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The print quality is defective
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • There is a major manufacturing fault

To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and issue

Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand, the following cannot be returned:

  • Apparel or items printed specifically for your order
  • Used or washed items
  • Items without proof of purchase
