REFUND & RETURN POLICY (FOR PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS)

Because our products are printed on demand, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Customer error in shipping address
- Disliking the style after receiving the item
However, we absolutely want our customers to love their order.
We Will Replace or Refund If:
- The item arrives damaged
- The print quality is defective
- The wrong item was shipped
- There is a major manufacturing fault
To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and issue

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand, the following cannot be returned:
- Apparel or items printed specifically for your order
- Used or washed items
- Items without proof of purchase
