SHIPPING POLICY (AUSTRALIA-BASED POD)

Novara Surf Co. partners with Australian and international print-on-demand suppliers.

Production Times

Each item is made to order and shipped separately 

Production usually takes:

 

  • 2–7 business days for apparel
  • 1–3 business days for prints and mugs

During peak seasons (holidays), times may extend.

Shipping Estimates

Australia

  • Standard shipping: 3–8 business days after production
  • Express options depend on the supplier used

International Orders

Shipping times vary by region.

Multiple Item Orders

Because items may be printed at different partner facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages.

This is normal for POD fulfilment

 

Tracking

You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

 

 

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

 

We cannot control courier delays, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues wherever possible

 

Address Errors

 

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Orders cannot be refunded
  • A reprint fee may apply
